“WATERSHIP WHO?”
The problem with “book blogs” is that most people don’t care to read about books they’ve never read. It’s kind of like “music blogs” – all the comments are about records from Metallica or whoever. People prefer to read articles that confirm the greatness of whatever they like and then post remarks about it – or maybe they want to make disparaging remarks about what others like and start an argument. That’s popular, too. As a great writer once said, “So it goes.”
I will now write a review of “Watership Down.” Just kidding. For some odd reason that book popped into my head. I know it’s about rabbits. Did I accidentally run one over with my car? I don’t think so. Maybe I had a dream about Bugs Bunny.
